By Graham K. Rogers
After some 11 days, my website is finally back. I have just spent the last couple of hours uploading the files to the site: rebuilding. I was initially told that the reason it all failed was a DDoS attack, but it was later found to be a ransomware attack. Backup files were apparently all locked and it took a few days to rebuild the servers. As I have several copies of the website on my computer and backup disks, it was relatively easy to load these up, with a couple of pauses.
Now that this has been done I can start writing again, or at lease rewriting the content I have been developing for the last week or so. I will also include comments on Apple's WWDC which starts in a couple of hours.
