HP are reporting that their annual meeting of shareholders is to be held on 20 March 2013 in Mountain View, CA, and the company is planning to broadcast the meeting live on the World Wide Web.

The link for the telecast is shown on the HP information page as http://www.hp.com/investor/stockholdermeeting2013/webcast and this will be available at 2pm Pacific Time (5pm Eastern).

Also in the press release on this meeting there is information about who is eligible to attend and vote as well as contact details.
