With their Single Fun & Double Joy campaign, Thai carrier DTAC has announced a new package for marketing smartphones with tablets that extends to 16 February 2012.

DTAC has had continued success particularly selling smartphones -- especially with the recent release of the new Apple iPhone 4S. The company now announces that customers who buy a smartphone and subscribe to a special monthly package will be entitled to a special payment offer and a monthly discount.

The carrier is offering a 20% cash-back scheme and a 10 month zero credit plan, or a 20-month payment scheme. In addition a tablet case will be free for those customers who also buy either an iPad 2 or a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. There is also a extra 1,000 baht -- Double Joy -- payment for those who buy a smartphone and either the iPad 2 or the Galaxy Tab at the same time.

The "Super Deal", for those customers buying the iPhone 4S or "top line" smartphones from DTAC up to 31 December 2011, offers a monthly discount of up to 400 baht for the first 18 months.

The Package includes Super Deal M, allowing 250 minutes of free calls each month to any network, unlimited full-speed 3G from 280 baht per month, and Super Deal L: clients are allowed 550 minutes of free calls each month to any network and unlimited full-speed dtac 3G network usage from 499 baht per month.
