Updates to iOS Apps: Echograph, Photolr and Fancy

There were three useful (and topical) updates to iOS apps released this morning (my time): Echograph, Photolr and Fancy. The details are below.


Echograph

Echograph Echograph is now at version 1.0.1 and as is to be expected with a new app of this nature, there were a couple of teething problems as I mentioned in the review I wrote when Echograph was originally released. As well as thanking users for feedback (a nice touch), the developers, Clear Media, note the following changes:

  • Performance improvements;
  • An issue that prevented some users seeing Staff Picks has been fixed;
  • Hi-Res GIFs (800 px) are generated when sending email, or posting to Tumblr and accessing Echographs via the computer;
  • General bug fixes and enhancements.


Photo Editor Fotolr

I include this one as a matter of coincidence as while reviewing Diptic on Sunday, Fotolr PS was one of the apps I mentioned in comparison. Quite simply here, the update to version 2.2.5 is marked as "fix a bug".


Fancy

The information sharing App, fancy has now been updated to version 2.0.2 and there are three changes, the developers (Thing Daemon Inc.) report:

  • Faster image loading;
  • Invite friends and earn Fancy credits;
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
