Earlier today I found two updates for OS X available via Software Update on my Mac. The first was a Digital Raw Compatibility Update (version 3.12) that adds RAW image compatibility for the Canon EOS 5D Mark III to Aperture 3 and iPhoto '11. The download is some 7.9MB.

The second was a little unusual and is probably related to the OS X/Flashback.I Trojan horse malware. Java for OS X 2012-002 version 1 is, however, the second update to the Java on the Mac this week and updates Java SE 6 to 1.6.0_31. As before, users are asked to quit all browsers that are running before installing the update (66.6MB).

These update, as well as a Java update for Snow Leopard, are available also via the Apple downloads pages.
