Apple has released Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.11 which has a single addition to the list of cameras that are supported. The information from Apple tells us that the update adds RAW image compatibility for the following camera to Aperture 3 and iPhoto '11:

• Nikon D800

A full list of cameras supported for both iPhoto and Aperture is available on the Apple Knowledge Base pages.

The update is available either via Software Update or from the Apple Downloads pages.
