One of my favourite apps for the iPhone and the iPad is Waterlogue. This unusual app takes photographs and applies a process that coverts the image into a style just like a water colour painting.

There are several styles to choose from in a selection of filters, although part of the charm of this app, like the later Prisma, is watching the image transform into the final water colour style image from the original photograph.

When I first bought this app in December 2013 it was $3.99 (140 baht) and I was well pleased with it at that price, but now I see in the Thai iTunes App Store that Waterlogue is currently available at a price of 9 baht (25 cents) making this one of the bargains of the year (so far).
