Cassandra

Yesterday I noticed that the iStudio run by Com 7 in Central Pinklao, on floor 3, are offering free Demo sessions for iOS and OS X. These sessions are aimed at new users and after the Xmas and new year period, it is normal to expect there will be quite a few of these.

Today I was in Siam Discovery and noticed a similar display for class training sessions on OS X and iOS. As with the iStudio in Pinklao, the times are every day from 6pm to 8pm with an hour for iOS 8, followed by an hour on OS X. At 3pm Thursday and Friday, there are similar sessions (iOS 8, then OS X) with an hour break from 5pm to 6pm. In addition on Saturday and Sunday, sessions begin at 3pm. A board outside shows the times along with some icons of the features to be covered.

While sessions are being taught in Thai at the Siam Discovery store (and elsewhere), I am told that the personnel involved are able to communicate in English.
