HP are reporting that the company plans to provide a live audio webcast of its annual meeting of stockholders that will be held on Wednesday 21 March 2012 at 14:15 PT (04:00 Thailand) at Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA.

The link is at a page of Event Details. Currently it is not live but there are downloads of the 2011 Annual Report and 2012 Proxy statements.
